Ayn Rand author perspective

We are reading a story name Ayn Rand Anthem . The story base on the future where everyone is is equal no one is smarter or better than no one ,the person in the story is brainwash , he act like a kid , he stay in one spot cant go nowhere, he dont know no other other words but the word we which he means I. The author perspective on the government that he dont want other people to be smarter , he figure all people shall be equal, if its not it must be consequences.
